Shipping

Postage to the United Kingdom is £5 for all orders under £60.00.  For orders over £60.00 postage is free.

Shipment to the United States is $40. International deliveries may be subject to custom / duty fees on arrival. These charges must be paid for by the customer and are not the responsibility of Maison Splendid.

We would be happy to quote for shipment anywhere outside of the UK or United States. If you would like us to quote you a price please email us at info@maisonsplendid.com

All our products are hand finished and so some variations are to be expected. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 28 working days of your purchase

The product must be returned to us unused and in saleable condition. We do not cover any costs to return the product to us.  Please email us at info@maisonsplendid.com to let us know that you would like to return your order.
